You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to tell you how we process it. To make a request, email privacy@hexahq.ai from the address associated with your account and tell us what you would like us to do.

We will confirm we received your request and respond within the time required by applicable law. We may need to verify your identity before we act, so that we do not disclose someone else's information by mistake.

What HexaHQ is, and is not, in this context

For your account and the operation of our service, HexaHQ is the controller of your personal information, and this is the right place to reach us. For the data in the providers you connect (your CRM, email, calendar, and the like), HexaHQ acts on your instruction as a processor. Requests about that data are usually best directed to the provider that holds it, though we are happy to help you reach it.
