Your AI gets the current rules before it acts
Most teams already have rules their AI should follow: how to price a deal, which customers get which terms, what a support reply must never promise. The hard part is making sure the AI has the current version of the right rule at the moment it does the work.

Work done in any app, with no server to build
ChatGPT on Business, Enterprise, and Edu supports apps and full MCP connectors through developer mode, which admins or owners turn on. Write actions there are in beta. For an app that already has an MCP server, that is a direct path.

ChatGPT may ask for confirmation before an app action, depending on the app's permissions, the context, and the action's potential impact, and Enterprise and Edu admins can control which specific actions an app may take. Enterprise and Edu also assign apps to custom roles for group-based access and offer an append-only compliance log that includes app activity.
